Where does Mlouye ship from and which countries do you cover?
All orders are shipped from our studio in Turkey or our warehouse in the EU. We offer worldwide express shipping to over 200 countries via DHL Express and UPS.
What materials are used in Mlouye handbags?
We use high-quality, sustainable industrial materials and premium leathers sourced from gold-rated tanneries in Italy and Turkey. Our hardware is custom-made to ensure durability and a seamless aesthetic.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment in real-time.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all protective packaging and tags intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Are duties and taxes included in the checkout price?
For most international destinations, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout (DDP) so there are no surprise fees upon delivery. If your region is DDU, you will be responsible for local customs fees.
How should I care for my leather bag?
To maintain the shape and finish, avoid overexposure to direct light, heat, and liquids. Store your bag in the provided dust bag when not in use and clean it with a soft, dry cloth.
